MASTERPLAN SUNRISE VILLAS
China Taiping Lake Shanghai 2010
The complex is placed in the scenery of a peninsula located in the Taiping lake (north of Shanghai), a big space that is going to house about 300 villas and a multi-purpose building. The villas' positioning follows two criteria: the lake view and the level of accessibility from inside the area to the body of water.
