Given the conditions of the area, tangent to a road axis and adjacent to a residential area, a hypogean system was conceived, a simple but functional form. In plan appears as if a piece of land has risen, like the opening of an eye, while maintaining a green park on the roof, in respect of nature, while the built part is located below. the act of building underground spaces responds to the double need, on the one hand respect for the environment to reduce the environmental impact and reduction of land use and on the other being the destination of theater and museum allows greater integration with the around a completely above ground building.
