The project called "Construction of a new school gym serving the Pacinotti-Belmesseri Institute of Villafranca in Lunigiana" is part of the PNRR - NEXT GENERATION EU - NATIONAL RECOVERY AND RESILIENCE PLAN. Two distinct but integrated volumes are proposed in the same volumetric design and superior service facilities minimum values ​​of the CONI 2008 standard and compliant with the CONI 1999 standard in other cases.The planned gym is defined as a 'sports facility' (p.1 of the CONI/2008 Regulation) with functional characteristics of the A1 typology (Technical standards for school buildings DM 12/18/1975). This is a project with adequate functional and technological dimensional requirements to complete the facilities of the sports park with an indoor field suitable for practice sports activities, during school hours and outside school hours, with the dimensions suitable for the event of volleyball matches between regular teams of six athletes for each side, with space for the instructors and the referee, with the walls 250 cm away from the line of the playing field, and without obstacles or irregularities.
